IDEAS are meant to be short, quick suggestions that offer marginal improvements to the Pocket ecosystem.
As such, they may only take a few minutes to propose, but if successfully implemented, should add value to the ecosystem as a whole.
Therefore, to encourage members to continue to propose new IDEAS, a minimum compensation level should be set. A member may spend a few hours thinking over how best to present an IDEA(S) that only take a few minutes to write, but we should reward all members for proposing an IDEA(S) of value, thanking them for their contribution and energizing continuous involvement.

Having discussed with B3N, I propose a $50 minimum compensation level for all ideas. Payable in either POKT or USDC of the proposers choice. Members can of course be paid more for more complex IDEAS.
