Our project team is made up of members whose skills are in need for the research service we want to offer. We divide our work into workstreams, and each workstream continues to carry out tasks that support our objective. A leads may be responsible for everything about a particular workstream and everyone reports to them. Across all organizational teams, it’s important to prioritize workplace culture; the foundations of which are communication and trust.
