Payment Process Guidelines:

Everyone

-All communication and notes on the process of payment for a bounty should be on DeWork comments. This separates payment (DeWork) from discussion (Discourse & Discord).

BountyFund-Owners

-Before creating a transaction pls take a look at DeWork to see if there is a comment on the Bounty regarding payment (e.g. done, ready for payment, delayed)

-When creating a transaction on the BountyFund-Squads pls make sure to put the name of the bounty that is being paid out into the description

-When executing a transaction on the BountyFund-Squads pls make a comment on DeWork with a link to the Squads transaction. This way we always have a quick reference available.

Bounty Master

-During the weekly meeting, the Bounty Master will cross-check last weeks transactions in the BountyFund-Squads with the tasks on DeWork. This is a failsafe to assure that both are in sync and everything is accounted for.


Creation Reward Guidelines:

  • Small things like bug fixes, easy to do tasks/bounties get 1k $GRAPE.

  • Bigger ideas that move the project forward get 5k $GRAPE.

  • Ideas that are new/unexpected and move the project in a new direction get 10k $GRAPE.
