#🧬 Mission

The Signers Guild is a special guild that executes the decisions from the DAO guilds and members.

Signers have discrete powers defined by the DAO members. Signers guild members are multisigners of the DAO kromfund.eth.

#⚙ Operations

• Signers guild members have the power to execute decisions made by DAO members and other guilds on-chain with a 4/5 signature. The DAO members are encouraged to constantly evaluate and improve the signature method over time.

• Signers guild members have the power to veto a voting decision and return it back for re-consideration by elaborating their reason to the DAO members and asking for reevaluation of the proposal. Ideally this power should be replaced with a better arbitrage mechanism.
