Growth guild presents different tasks mostly aimed at growing different channels of the Kromatika DAO and increasing the reach and impact of all Kromatika activities. At the same time, exploring different growth and engagement tactics and campaigns to increase the size of the Kromatika community and attract new talent to the Kromatika DAO.

#⚙ Operations

• To start your journey in Growth Guild, you will first need to prove your skills by completing one or multiple onboarding task. If reviewer deems your work to be of high-quality, you will be awarded a Core Contributor and Growth roles in Kromatika DAO Discord. If you are applying to join the “KROM Twitter Raiders” and accepted, you will receive a Raider role on Discord.

• After receiving the roles, you are able to apply for additional bounties within the Growth guild.

• Please read description of each bounty carefully and follow the steps described there. Typically, you will need to apply for a bounty by providing a Google Doc with a short plan on how to complete the bounty or submit a draft for review before it can be completed.

• If you wish to discuss your application or submission with the reviewer, head over to the bounty and click “Discuss Application” or “Discuss” button and follow the path to a private Discord Thread.
