The goal of the Tech Committee is to fund and develop a social networking application called the Sapien Network, which caters to mining of curated knowledge for different areas of expertise, and the SPN token economy.

The Committee will identify and implement web3 tools to facilitate the discussion, curation and creation of tokenized content for each community on the platform to form their own knowledge repositories.

Development will be open source, with the core Sapien team taking on the main responsibilities of development and shaping product direction.
