The README.md is the front face of any open source project. The goal for this sprint is to create a beautiful easy to follow README for every repo. It should be easy for any creator to quickly get started with the information. If they need help, there should be links on where to look for more info / community.

Much of this can be templatized with a best practice guide / example so that we can be consistent across all the repos (coming soon)

If we discover any bugs that relate to the app we will report them as bugs in the parent repo issue tracker.
