The Nation3 DAO transitioning work has been ongoing since July 2023, and here are the main tasks that remain for achieving a decentralized and autonomous governance structure:

1. Restore the governance forum

2. Reduce Snapshot quorum from 20% to 10%

3. Transfer DAO tokens from old DAO Critical Agent to new DAO Critical Agent

4. Code an Aragon OSx governance plugin that works with the Nation3 passport NFTs for 1-citizen, 1-vote

5. Add Sybil attack protection to the Aragon OSx governance plugin

6. Transition from off-chain governance to on-chain governance by dissolving the temporary DAO Critical Agent multisig

7. Launch of a New Technological Innovation 🚀
